She’s now a PhD candidate in Art History and Criticism at Stony Brook University. Honors alumni Owen Bachhuber is "hooked on reptiles" Honors graduate Owen Bachhuber has been interested in reptiles since childhood. Now he studies the social behavior of snakes and helps connect people with animals in creative ways. Honors student Amital Shaver selected as Udall Scholar Junior Biology major and Honors student Amital Shaver has been selected as one of 55 Udall Scholars for 2024 in recognition of her work toward the resolution of environmental challenges.
